Good Morning Readers!
So in my last post I promised to give a give you guys a highlight package on what went down on my end in the last two weeks; so lets jump right in…
- I started a new job. I am no longer in finance (and so happy about that J), I am now in business intelligence in my current company and really enjoying it. So you may be wondering what business intelligence is right? Its basically a combination of a business analyst, data analyst and continuous improvement specialist in one.
- Ive been to Durban, on a business trip. Last week I was in Durban from Friday night till Wednesday morning on business. It was basically to work on a presentation management had to compile for the meeting we had in Johannesburg on Wednesday Morning. So on said Wednesday morning I got to the airport, caught my flight and landed at OR Tambo International and went straight to the meeting.
- I met a guy at work who used to be really big into gym and bodybuilding who has been sharing some of his useful tips and tricks. One of which is brewers yeast; and that will be the topic for the next post! J Really excited to tell you guys about this ‘superfood’ (as considered by many).
So now that that is out of the way let me tell you about my weekend, or more specifically about my Sunday (seeing as I sat at home and was a lazy body for the most part of Saturday). 😀
This past Sunday my girlfriend and I went to adventure golf! From what I recall I have never played that before. It just never seemed like something I would enjoy and would basically be me wasting my time. I know Yuv liked it so I decided to give it a shot, best decision ever! This thing is so cool!
Looking past the ridiculous (South African) heat of the day, it really was something I enjoyed doing. We played all of one round with us finding the hole with 6 strokes 90% of the time (we kinda decided to cap tracking of strokes at 6; the scorecard didn’t have enough space for two digits! Ha-ha! We suck at it). Let me show you a picture of just how bad we are!
Hope you guys have a great day! J
